Basic service (air sleeve service)

-Clean air chamber.

-Replace aircan and bearing assembly seals.

-Control and function test.

Rebuild service

1x per 12 months /125 hours

-Clean air chamber.

-Replace aircan and bearing assembly seals.

-Replace all O, X slide and backup rings.

-Replace oil body.

-Piston assembly (shim stack) rebuild.

-Eyelet assembly rebuild (control rebound and compression)

-Bleed with the vacuum machine.

-Pressurize IFP with nitrogen.

Extra costs for dis- assembling the damper and remotes.
-Damper 7.50- Euro.
-Remotes 16.25-ex parts.
