Shipping and Returns


Our average delivery time is 2-4 business days. However, this can differ per product, the actual expected delivery time is therefore indicated for each article. Unfortunately, express shipping is not yet possible. You will automatically receive an email with a tracking code when your order has been shipped.

Track and trace

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order is delivered by us to the carrier, you will receive another e-mail containing a track & trace code.


Reflection time/return

In The Mountainbike Repairshop, we prefer a policy of expert advice before you make a purchase. This means that The Mountainbike Repairshop focuses on providing thorough and informative advice to customers before they make a purchasing decision.

Nevertheless, there may come a time when you wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or there may be another reason why you no longer wish to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any specific reason.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately up to 10 kg 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.


Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange something, you can return your 'old' order and place a new order.

For unstamped returns we charge an increased transport cost of €18.
